       The Committee on Community Affairs (Rodriguez) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 109 and 110
    4  insert:
    5         (f) This subsection may not be construed to prohibit
    6  anchoring for less than 90 days in areas within Monroe County.

    9  And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Delete line 18
   11  and insert:
   12         specified records of such devices; providing
   13         construction; providing an
