       Senator Farmer moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (745288) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete line 57
    5  and insert:
    6  is inappropriate or unsuitable. School districts may not destroy
    7  any material discontinued pursuant to this paragraph and shall
    8  make a good faith effort to either return the material to the
    9  entity that provided the material or, if unable to return the
   10  material, inform local libraries and nonprofit book depositories
   11  of the material’s availability and transfer the material upon a
   12  local library or nonprofit book depository’s request.
