       Senator Bracy moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 101
    4  and insert:
    5  accordance with state standards. This subparagraph does not
    6  apply to any discussion between a student who identifies as
    7  transgender, gender nonconforming, non-binary, or otherwise
    8  LGBTQ+ and their peers.
