    7  instruction or discussion relating to any of the following:
    8         a. Family structures.
    9         b. Objective historical events.
   10         c. Bullying prevention.
   11         d. A student’s individual education plan (IEP) or 504 plan.
   12         e. Discussions between students.
   13         f. Questions asked by students and any answer.
