       The Committee on Appropriations (Pizzo) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Substitute Amendment (144186) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 171 - 174
    4  and insert:
    5         (14) The court shall apply this section to all initial
    6  petitions for dissolution of marriage filed on or after July 1,
    7  2022.
    8         (15) The court may not apply this section to any award of
    9  alimony established before July 1, 2022.
