       Appropriations Subcommittee on Transportation, Tourism, and
       Economic Development (Boyd) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 28 - 33
    4  and insert:
    5  of funds appropriated by the Legislature; funds transferred by
    6  the department; interest earnings; and grants, gifts, and other
    7  contributions made directly to the trust fund. Any funds in the
    8  trust fund appropriated from federal funds must be used in a
    9  manner consistent with federal conditions or regulations, as
   10  applicable, and with any grant agreement entered into by the
   11  department with the federal agency for use of the funds.

   15         Delete lines 7 - 9
   16  and insert:
   17         consist of certain funds; requiring that certain funds
   18         in the trust fund be used in a manner consistent with
