       Senator Taddeo moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 94
    4  and insert:
    5  applicable federal statutes, rules, or regulations. The term
    6  does not include a person who is a victim of a communist regime,
    7  including, but not limited to, a victim from the country of
    8  Cuba, Nicaragua, Venezuela, China, Vietnam, Laos, or North
    9  Korea.
