       General Government (Brandes) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 964 - 965
    4  and insert:
    5  not exceed the following for any single personal lines
    6  residential policy that covers an insured’s primary residence
    7  issued by the corporation or any single commercial lines
    8  residential policy issued by the corporation, excluding coverage
    9  changes and surcharges:
