Senator Brandes moved the following:

4 insert:
5 (11) The Office of the Attorney General shall, at a
6 minimum, produce maps for municipalities, cities, and counties
7 which indicate the location of drug-free zones within those
8 jurisdictions. The office shall post the maps by January 1,
9 2023, on its public website and update them at least every 5
10 years. As used in this subsection, the term “drug-free zone”
11 means a location within any of the areas specified in paragraphs
12 (1)(c)-(f) and (h) where specified acts are prohibited.

18 893.13, Florida Statutes, is amended, and subsection (11) is
19 added to that section, to read:

25 penalties; requiring the Office of the Attorney
26 General to produce specified maps of drug-free zones
27 by a specified date, to post the maps on its public
28 website, and to update the maps, at least, at a
29 specified interval; defining the term “drug-free
30 zone”; amending s. 893.145, F.S.; revising the
