       The Committee on Appropriations (Brodeur) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 690 - 692
    4  and insert:
    5  to nonparticipating specialty children’s hospitals, and payments
    6  to nonparticipating Florida cancer hospitals that meet the
    7  criteria in 42 U.S.C. s. 1395ww(d)(1)(B)(v), shall equal the
    8  highest rate established by contract between that provider and
    9  any other Medicaid managed care plan.
   10         Section 10. The Agency for Health Care Administration shall
   11  amend existing Statewide Medicaid Managed Care contracts to
   12  implement the changes made by this act to sections 409.973,
   13  409.975, and 409.977, Florida Statutes. The agency shall
   14  implement the changes made by this act to sections 409.966,
   15  409.974, and 409.981, Florida Statutes, for the 2025 plan year.
