       The Committee on Rules (Hutson) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (727890) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 20 - 25
    5  and insert:
    6         (c) If a county or municipality restricts smoking within
    7  the boundaries of any public beach or public park under this
    8  subsection, any related signage installed must state that
    9  smoking is prohibited except as provided in s. 386.209 and
   10  provide a scannable quick response code linked to this section.
