On Page: 035             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Florida Rural Digital Literacy Program 
Spec App:  122           (FRDLP) (Senate Form 2005).  Reduces funding by the 
                         same amount from Career Online Adult High School 
                         Program for State of Florida Library System (Senate 
                         Form 2502).
