On Page: 092             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds to the Department of Children and Families for 
Spec App:  372           the Memorial Healthcare System Integrated Medication 
                         Assisted Treatment & Technology Enhanced Recovery (I 
                         MATTER) (Senate Form 1347). Reduces $250,000 in 
                         nonrecurring general revenue funds from the Agency 
                         for Persons with Disabilities Fixed Capital Outlay 
                         Needs for Centrally Managed Facilities.
