amendment:

Section: 03              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 092             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds to the Department of Children and Families for 
Spec App:  372           the Miami Foundation for Mental Health Involuntary 
                         Outpatient Services (IOS) Demonstration Project 
                         (Senate Form 1988). Reduces $250,000 in nonrecurring 
                         general revenue funds from the Agency for Persons 
                         with Disabilities Fixed Capital Outlay Needs for 
                         Centrally Managed Facilities.
