On Page: 124             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds to the Department of Health for the 
Spec App:  558           Nurse-Family Partnership Program (Senate Form 1156). 
                         Reduces $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds from the Department of Veterans Affairs Fixed 
                         Capital Outlay Maintenance and Repair of State-Owned 
                         Residential Facilities for Veterans.
