On Page: 032             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Mentoring, Career Training & Workforce 
Spec App:  109           Development for At-Risk Women & Girls(Senate Form 
                         1168). Reduces funding by the same amount from 
                         Learning Independence for Tomorrow, Inc. (LiFT) 
                         Campus (Senate Form 1188).
