                         funds for Riviera Beach Rehabilitation of Existing 
Spec App: 1665A          Wells and Construction of New Wells project (Senate 
                         Form 2355) and reduces funding for Wauchula 
                         Southwest Area Elevated Water Tower with 
                         Transmission Lines project (Senate Form 2361) by the 
                         same amount.
