On Page: 138             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Voices for Florida Open Doors Outreach 
Spec App:  679           Network (Senate Form 1718).
                         
                         Reduces $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds from the Major Repairs, Renovations and 
                         Improvements to Major Institutions appropriation 
                         category within the Department of Corrections.
