On Page: 073             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds to the Agency for Persons with Disabilities 
Spec App:  247A          for the ARC Broward - Culinary Emergency Food Safety 
                         and Security (Senate Form 1995). Reduces funding by 
                         the same amount from the Department of Veterans' 
                         Affairs Fixed Capital Outlay Residential Facilities 
                         for Veterans.
