Section: 03              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 125             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds to the Department of Veteran Affairs for the 
Spec App:  576A          Blue Angels Foundation - Post Traumatic Stress 
                         Protocol to Reduce Veteran Suicide (Senate Form 
                         2505). Reduces funding by the same amount from the 
                         Department of Veteran Affairs Fixed Capital Outlay 
                         Residential Facilities for Veterans.
