The Committee on Appropriations (Perry) recommended the following 
amendment:

Section: 04              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 138             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Smart Justice Data Transparency and 
Spec App:  679           Crime Strategies Unit (Senate Form 2796). 
                         
                         Reduces $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         from the Major Repairs, Renovations and Improvements 
                         to Major Institutions appropriation category within 
                         the Department of Corrections.
