                         Insurance Regulatory Trust Fund for Ocean City- 
Spec App: 2431A          Wright Fire Control District Fire Station (Senate 
                         Form 2539) and reduces funding for Santa Rosa County 
                         Public Safety Consolidated Dispatch Center Planning 
                         and Design project (Senate Form 2421) by the same 
                         amount.
