On Page: 292             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring funds from the 
                         State Transportation Trust Fund for the South 
Spec App: 1988A          Flagler Drive Resurfacing and Bike Lane Project - 
                         West Palm Beach (Senate Form 1198). Reduces $250,000 
                         in nonrecurring funds from the State Transportation 
                         Trust Fund from the Okaloosa County US 98 
                         Bridge-to-Bridge Multi-Use Path (Senate Form 2668).
