       Senator Rouson moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 171 - 177
    4  and insert:
    5         (a) The department shall designate managing entities to
    6  either conduct peer specialist training or contract with a
    7  provider for peer specialist training. The training must be
    8  approved by a third-party credentialing entity approved by the
    9  department pursuant to paragraph (b). The managing entities must
   10  give preference to trainers who are certified peer specialists.
