       The Committee on Health Policy (Rodriguez) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 1334
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 9. The Department of Health shall notify the
    6  Division of Law Revision upon enactment of the Professional
    7  Counselors Licensure Compact into law by 10 states.
    8         Section 10. This act shall take effect upon enactment of
    9  the Professional Counselors Licensure Compact into law by 10
   10  states.

   13  And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Delete line 120
   15  and insert:
   16         judgments; requiring the department to notify the
   17         Division of Law Revision upon enactment of the compact
   18         into law by 10 states; providing a contingent
   19         effective date.
