       The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Perry) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (868608) 
    2  
    3         Delete line 470
    4  and insert:
    5  mitigate against further damage to the property. The term does
    6  not include any instrument by which a licensed public adjuster
    7  as defined in s. 626.854(1) receives any compensation, payment,
    8  commission, fee, or other thing of value for providing services
    9  under such licensure.
