       Senator Hutson moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
    2  
    3         Between lines 523 and 524
    4  insert:
    5         (12) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsections (1)-(8),
    6  the commission may, at its discretion, dismiss any complaint or
    7  referral or proceeding under s. 112.3215 at any stage of
    8  disposition should it determine that the public interest would
    9  not be served by proceeding further, in which case the
   10  commission shall issue a public report stating with
   11  particularity its reasons for the dismissal.
