    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 283 and 284
    4  insert:
    5         (g) If a county or municipality prevails in an action
    6  brought under this section, the court must award the county or
    7  municipality attorney fees and costs, including, but not limited
    8  to, any taxpayer costs incurred in defending the action.
