    4  and insert:
    5  emergency unrelated to the occurrence or threat of an infectious
    6  disease, and includes information relating to:

   10         Between lines 13 and 14
   11  insert:
   12         revising the definition of the term “campus emergency
   13         response” to exclude responses or plans for responding
   14         to public safety crises or emergencies related to
   15         infectious diseases;
