       Senator Brandes moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 201
    4  and insert:
    5  the newspaper’s website and provide the website URL in the print
    6  section where legal notices are published in such newspaper
    7  which that provides access to the legal
    8  
    9  ================= T I T L E  A M E N D M E N T ================
   10  And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete lines 7 - 9
   12  and insert:
   13         accessible websites; amending s. 50.021, F.S.;
   14         conforming provisions to changes made by the act;
   15         amending s. 50.0211, F.S.; requiring the newspaper to
   16         publish the website URL to the public notices website
   17         in the applicable print section of such newspaper;
   18         conforming provisions to changes made by the act;
   19         amending s. 50.031, F.S.; conforming provisions to
   20         changes made by the act; creating s. 50.0311, F.S.;
   21         providing
