    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete line 319
    4  and insert:
    5  agency or in a local county detention facility as defined in s.
    6  951.23(1), if the certified nursing assistant or home health
    7  aide

   10  And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Between lines 21 and 22
   12  insert:
   13         authorizing registered nurses to delegate to certified
   14         nursing assistants and home health aides the
   15         administration of certain medications to patients in
   16         county detention facilities under certain
   17         circumstances;
