       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (264886)
    2  
    3         Delete line 218
    4  and insert:
    5  infrastructure project cost, or up to 100 percent of the total
    6  infrastructure project cost for a project that is located in a
    7  rural community as defined in s. 288.0656(2)(e) or a rural area
    8  of opportunity as defined in s. 288.0656(2)(d) and that is also
    9  located in a fiscally constrained county as defined in s.
