       Senator Wright moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 63 and 64
    4  insert:
    5         Section 2. Subsection (5) is added to section 253.77,
    6  Florida Statutes, to read:
    7         253.77 State lands; state agency authorization for use
    8  prohibited without consent of agency in which title vested;
    9  concurrent processing requirements.—
   10         (5) A state agency may grant a consent of use that
   11  authorizes the construction or replacement of a bulkhead,
   12  seawall, or other shoreline stabilization structure, if such
   13  structure:
   14         (a) Extends no more than 10 feet waterward of the line of
   15  ordinary high water;
   16         (b) Stabilizes a residential lot with a riverine
   17  waterfront;
   18         (c) Is coextensive with similar structures on adjacent
   19  lots, thereby creating a reasonably continuous and uniform
   20  shoreline; and
   21         (d) Is constructed solely on land forming part of a lot
   22  platted on or before June 30, 2021.
