The Committee on Health Policy (Garcia) recommended the
following:
1 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

3 Delete lines 68 - 74
4 and insert:
5 during their admission to, or residency at, the provider’s
6 facility in accordance with agency rules.
7 (2) If circumstances require a provider to restrict public
8 access to the facility due to health or safety concerns, the
9 provider must develop alternate visitation protocols that allow
10 visitation to the greatest extent possible while maintaining
11 client health and safety.
12 (3) A provider that admits clients to its facility or
13 serves clients who are residents in the provider’s facility must
14 allow in-person visits in all of the
15

19 and insert:
