       Senator Pizzo moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 3039 and 3040
    4  insert:
    5         Section 26. The provisions of this act do not apply to a
    6  residential property insurance policy or a commercial property
    7  insurance policy as that term is defined in s. 627.0625(1),
    8  Florida Statutes, issued on or before the effective date of this
    9  act.

   14  and insert:
