       Senator Taddeo moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 1488 and 1489
    4  insert:
    5         Section 22. By October 1, 2022, each insurer writing
    6  property insurance in this state shall make a rate filing with
    7  the Office of Insurance Regulation. The filing must propose a
    8  rate reduction reflecting any savings resulting from this act.
