       The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability
       (Martin) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 72 - 76
    4  and insert:
    5  appropriate and necessary to implement subsections (1)-(6).
    6  Beginning in the 2019-2020 fiscal year and continuing each
    7  fiscal year thereafter, a sum sufficient to pay such benefits is
    8  appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of
    9  Financial Services for the purposes of paying such benefits.
