       The Committee on Health Policy (Harrell) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 403
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 4. The Agency for Health Care Administration is
    6  directed to include the rate impact of this act in the Medicaid
    7  managed medical assistance program and long-term care managed
    8  care program rates that become effective on October 1, 2023.
    9         Section 5. This act shall take effect October 1, 2023.
