       The Appropriations Committee on Criminal and Civil Justice
       (Ingoglia) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 26 - 29
    4  and insert:
    5  sheriffs' offices any funds specifically appropriated for the
    6  grant program to cover expenses related to the purchasing of DNA
    7  testing machines and other necessary supplies. Grants must be
    8  provided
