    3         Delete lines 192 - 193
    4  and insert:
    5         (e) Provide a participating former foster youth with
    6  financial assistance in the amount of $1,517 monthly and develop
    7  a process and schedule for the distribution of payments to
    8  former foster youth participating in the component,
