       Senator Garcia moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 379 and 380
    4  insert:
    5         Section 3. For the 2023-2024 fiscal year, the sum of
    6  $500,000 in recurring funds is appropriated from the General
    7  Revenue Fund to the Department of Children and Families for the
    8  purpose of implementing this act.

   11  And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Delete line 38
   13  and insert:
   14         changes made by the act; providing an appropriation;
   15         providing an effective date.
