    3         Delete line 66
    4  and insert:
    5  federal regulations, unless the product has been withdrawn from
    6  the market by the manufacturer or a state or federal agency or
    7  the distribution of the product has been restricted or
    8  discontinued due to potential adverse health and safety
    9  outcomes.
