       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 52 - 53
    4  and insert:
    5         (1) The department shall, in conjunction with the
    6  Department of Environmental Protection, conduct a study to
    7  evaluate the suitability and environmental impact of using
    8  phosphogypsum as a construction aggregate
    9
