    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Between lines 136 and 137
    4  insert:
    5         Section 4. For the 2023-2024 fiscal year, the sum of
    6  $250,000 in nonrecurring funds from the General Revenue Fund is
    7  appropriated to the Agency for Health Care Administration for
    8  the purpose of implementing this act.
