       The Committee on Children, Families, and Elder Affairs (Burton)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1925 - 1932
    4  and insert:
    5  attorneys ad litem as needed.
    6         9. In an effort to promote normalcy and establish trust
    7  between a court-appointed volunteer guardian ad litem and a
    8  child alleged to be abused, abandoned, or neglected under this
    9  chapter, a guardian ad litem may transport a child. However, a
   10  guardian ad litem volunteer may not be required by a guardian ad
   11  litem circuit office or ordered by or directed by the program or
   12  a court to transport a child.
