       Senator Grall moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment
    2  
    3         Delete lines 665 - 672
    4  and insert:
    5  neurologist, neurosurgeon, internist, family medicine physician,
    6  pediatrician, surgeon, or anesthesiologist.
    7         (b) If the patient′s treating health care practitioner is
    8  an autonomous advanced practice registered nurse registered
    9  under s. 464.0123, the determination must be made by that
   10  practitioner and two physicians licensed under chapter 458 or
   11  chapter 459. Each physician must be a board-eligible or board
   12  certified neurologist, neurosurgeon, internist, family medicine
   13  physician, pediatrician,
