       Senators Harrell and Burton moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 1298 and 1299
    4  insert:
    5         Section 18. Paragraph (b) of subsection (1) of section
    6  465.1865, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
    7         465.1865 Collaborative pharmacy practice for chronic health
    8  conditions.—
    9         (1) For purposes of this section, the term:
   10         (b) “Chronic health condition” means:
   11         1. Arthritis;
   12         2. Asthma;
   13         3. Chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases;
   14         4. Type 2 diabetes;
   15         5. Human immunodeficiency virus or acquired immune
   16  deficiency syndrome;
   17         6. Obesity; or
   18         7. Any other chronic condition adopted in rule by the
   19  board, in agreement consultation with the Board of Medicine and
   20  the Board of Osteopathic Medicine.

   24         Delete line 72
   25  and insert:
   26         examination; amending s. 465.1865, F.S.; revising the
