       Senator Grall moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 668 - 678
    4  and insert:
    5  459 who is board eligible or board certified. One physician
    6  shall be the treating physician, and the other physician shall
    7  be a board-eligible or board-certified neurologist,
    8  neurosurgeon, internist, pediatrician, surgeon, or
    9  anesthesiologist.
   10         (b) If the patient’s treating health care practitioner is
   11  an autonomous advanced practice registered nurse registered
   12  under s. 464.0123, the determination must be made by that
   13  practitioner and two physicians licensed under chapter 458 or
   14  chapter 459 who are board eligible or board certified.
