       The Committee on Health Policy (Rodriguez) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 665 - 672
    4  and insert:
    5  medical standards.
    6         (a) If the patients treating health care practitioner is a
    7  physician licensed under chapter 458 or chapter 459, the
    8  determination must be made by that physician and a second
    9  physician two physicians licensed under chapter 458 or chapter
   10  459 who is. One physician shall be the treating physician, and
   11  the other physician shall be a board-eligible or board-certified
   12  neurologist, neurosurgeon, internist, pediatrician, surgeon, or
   13  anesthesiologist.
   14         (b) If the patients treating health care practitioner is
   15  an autonomous advanced practice registered nurse registered
   16  under s. 464.0123, the determination must be made by that
   17  practitioner and two physicians licensed under chapter 458 or
   18  chapter 459. Each physician must be a board-eligible or board
   19  certified neurologist, neurosurgeon, internist, pediatrician,
   20  surgeon, or anesthesiologist.
