       Senator Avila moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 2860 and 2861
    4  insert:
    5         Section 40. For the 2023-2024 fiscal year, the sum of $5.8
    6  million in nonrecurring funds is appropriated from the General
    7  Revenue Fund to the Department of Education to be used for the
    8  competitive procurement of a statewide transparency tool to
    9  support the implementation of instructional and library
   10  materials requirements imposed in chapters 2022-21, 2022-22, and
   11  2022-72, Laws of Florida.

   13  And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Delete line 180
   15  and insert:
   16         Law Revision; providing an appropriation; providing
   17         effective dates.
